Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Provider

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the ROOFIES online store.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code – BGB).
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by shipping the goods.
4. Products and Manufacturing
ROOFIES sells clothing and accessories.
Products may be manufactured and shipped in whole or in part by our fulfillment partner Printful on a made-to-order basis.
Minor deviations in color, print placement, or material characteristics may occur due to technical production processes. Such deviations do not constitute defects if they are customary in the trade and reasonable for the customer.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated are final prices in euros and include applicable statutory VAT where required.
Any additional shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the store, including Shopify Payments and other payment options supported by Shopify.
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
7. Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times and shipping costs are stated on the respective product pages or during checkout.
As products are made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the production and shipping location.
If a product is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform you without delay.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

10. Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
This does not apply if the delivered goods are defective or incorrectly produced. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement.
11. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights for defects apply.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation:
- in cases of intent and gross negligence,
- for injury to life, body, or health,
- under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Any further liability is excluded.
13. Color and Display Variations
Product images may differ from the actual product due to screen settings and device displays.
Such technically caused deviations do not constitute defects if they are minor and reasonable.

15. Online Dispute Resolution and Consumer Arbitration
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
16. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory protections under the laws of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
17. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
