Processing Time

All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped.

Delivery Times

Once production is complete, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• Europe (EU): 5–10 business days
• International (including the USA, Canada, Australia, and others): 10–20 business days

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.
