Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

IMPORTANT – Returns only after prior contact
Before returning any item, it is mandatory that you contact us first.
You must not return items without prior approval, as our products are shipped from different fulfillment locations (e.g. within the EU or internationally) depending on the order.
The correct return address will be provided to you individually after reviewing your order.
Returns sent without prior agreement cannot be processed or matched to your order.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal request.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Return of Goods
You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
In the case of a defective product, production error, or incorrectly delivered item, we will of course cover all return shipping costs as well as provide a replacement or refund.
